Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using toplistlab.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years of age to access TopListLab. By confirming your age through our access gate, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Nature of Service

TopListLab is a free-to-play social entertainment platform offering casino-style game simulations for amusement only. Virtual lab credits are in-game points with no monetary value whatsoever. They cannot be purchased with real money, sold to other users, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for prizes, goods, services, gift cards or cryptocurrency. This Site does not offer real-money gambling, sports betting, wagering, lottery services or payouts of any kind. TopListLab is not licensed as a casino, gambling operator or financial institution.

Eligibility

The Site is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and located in jurisdictions where accessing social gaming content is lawful. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to restrict access from certain territories at our discretion.

Virtual Lab Credits

All gameplay on TopListLab uses virtual lab credits stored locally in your browser. Starting balance is 1,000 credits. Free refills are available when your balance reaches zero. Credits have no expiration date but may be reset if you clear browser storage. We may adjust credit mechanics, game payouts or refill amounts at any time without prior notice as part of platform maintenance.

User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Site or its games
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts or scrapers to interact with games or extract data
• Reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit Site content without written permission
• Misrepresent your age, identity or affiliation
• Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable or impair our services

Intellectual Property

All content on TopListLab — including but not limited to games, source code, graphics, text, logos, audio, animations and the "TopListLab" name — is owned by TopListLab or its licensors and protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility with all devices or browsers, or that game outcomes will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TopListLab, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site — including loss of data, loss of profits or emotional distress. Because no real-money transactions occur on this platform, our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim is zero Canadian dollars (CAD $0).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TopListLab from any claims, damages or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia. You waive any objection to venue in such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
